The franchise fee is $45,000 (with a 10% veterans discount available) and the total initial investment range is $64,974–$205,400 depending on van acquisition vs. lease, working capital, and territory size. We walk through every line item in the FDD review.

Do I need prior tax preparation experience?

No. This is an executive franchise. You hire and lead certified preparers; you focus on running and growing the business. Our training adapts to where you’re starting from.

Can I start semi-absentee?

Yes. Many owners begin semi-absentee with a manager hired from day one. Others start as full-time owner-operators and add managers as they scale to multi-van. The model supports both paths.

How are territories defined?

You receive a protected, exclusive territory based on a target number of qualified households. We use demographic mapping to ensure sufficient density to scale to multiple offices within your zone over time. Multi-territory packages are available for operators who want to lock in adjacent markets.

Do you offer financing?

We don’t offer direct financing, but we partner with industry-leading third-party funding specialists for SBA loans, 401(k) ROBS rollovers, and van equipment leasing. Most owners use a combination.
